- Do the people I send documents to need to pay anything?
No, nothing. Ever. They get an email notifying them of the signature request and all they need to do is open the document and sign. There is nothing they need to pay or special training they need to have. Signing is quick and easy. Once they’ve signed, both of you automatically receive a copy of the document.
- How does pricing work?
You're charged a monthly subscription fee depending on your account's plan. The payments can be made using a credit card or PayPal. All the monthly plans will renew automatically each month until you cancel your subscription. All prices listed are in USD. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and pageviews will be updated automatically.
- Who owns my documents?
You do! It's your documents after all! We want you to be with OnlineDocumentSign because you love using the product, not because your documents is stuck in it. You can export all your information from OnlineDocumentSign any time you need, in any plan.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime. Once you have canceled we’ll end your plan as of the next subscription cycle, no questions asked.
